MASALA CENTRAL BRINGS TOGETHER TALENT FOR IMPRESSIVE, GLOBALLY-MINDED LATEST SINGLE “WHY HAVE A KING AT ALL?”

Masala Central states plainly on their SoundCloud page that it:

“Is not an individual or a band. It is a platform on which the collaborative works of multiple individuals will be showcased.”

As such, their latest project, “Why Have a King at all?” is a wonderful showcase for the many talents of up-and-coming musicians, often working across all corners of the globe. The track is an uptempo arrangement with a searing critique of those who are given too much power too readily, as the song’s creator states:

“‘Why have a King at all?’ is about a young prince who has to take over the throne too early in his life.”

With biting lyrics and instrumentation plus vocals that convey a worldwide appeal, “Why Have a King at all?” is both an astute social commentary as well as a singularly fun guitar-and-drums track to bop to.
