Grammy nominated singer-songwriter, Albin Lee Meldau released his single, “When You’re Here” along with its accompanying music video on Jun. 9 in anticipation for his upcoming album.
Opening with a gentle, jazzy beat, Meldau captivates listeners across the globe within the first verse. “When You’re Here” is a song about love and loss; and Meldau portrays both emotions through his strong vocals.
The accompanying video encompasses these emotions that come with failed love. Imitating the 80s and 90s music videos, throughout this video, Meldau can be found singing his soulful lyrics in the rain while his ex-partner is free of the same torment.
