After nearly seven years, GRAMMY-nominated DJ and producer Kaskade revived his legendary Sun Soaked festival for one massive day at Huntington State Beach on Saturday, September 6.
Back and Bigger Than Ever
GRAMMY nominated American DJ and producer Kaskade, known for his hits like “Escape (feat. Hayla),” “In My Head,” and nominated by DJ Times as “America’s Best DJ” in 2011, is bringing back his iconic Sun Soaked Festival. What began as a passion project merging Kaskade’s love for music and the outdoors has grown into a global phenomenon, so much so that this year’s event instantly sold out 26,000 tickets, securing its title as the world’s biggest beach festival.
Partnering once again with Insomniac, Kaskade has curated a stacked lineup of dance music heavyweights. Alongside the international icon himself, the stage featured Meduza, SKILAH, SIDEPIECE, Malaa, Anabel Englund, Walker & Royce, and MPH. Together, these artists and dance music pioneers transformed Huntington’s sandy shoreline into an all-day celebration of sun, sand, and most importantly, pulsing beats.
Beach Day With Sun Soaked
The return of Sun Soaked is set to be more than just a music festival, but rather, a quintessential Southern California experience. With the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop, attendees party amidst a vibrant mix of outdoor energy and world-class performances, redefining and elevating what it means to have a beach day.

Fostering Community
For fans and media alike, the excitement doesn’t end with the music. Select artists from the lineup, including SKILAH, SIDEPIECE, and Walker & Royce, were also available for interviews and media engagements surrounding the event. Sun Soaked provides a community that is able to bond over their shared love for dance music and the Californian sun.
Spots for the festival have reached capacity, but the buzz surrounding Kaskade’s long-awaited return to Huntington State Beach makes one thing clear: Sun Soaked is back, bigger and more vibrant than ever.
