HONEY REVENGE LIVES THE SAME DAY IN NEW SINGLE “RERUN”
Honey Revenge released a catchy relatable single “Rerun” all about living the same depressing life over and over again. The track was released through Thriller Records who dubbed it song of the year. Painting the picture of wanting to change the routine of how the day goes but it always seems to get stuck on replay. “Rerun” is a pop punk track that resembles a Paramore vibe with lots of layers and strong vocals. The message is wanting to stay hopeful that things are looking up but a sense of impatience trying to get to the finish line.

I’ve seen this episode before
Deja vu’s so hard to ignore
Promise it’ll only play once more
Everything is a rerun
I wonder If I try again
Can I change how the story ends?
Warning signs like a smoking gun
Everything is a rerun“Rerun” official lyrics
The lyrics are so relatable when feeling like you’re stuck in a rut. Honey Revenge did a great job at capturing that feeling of wanting to take initiative of how your story goes but always getting stuck in the same rhythm. They also created a dope music video to put visuals to the emotions. Watching a tv show with a character breaking the fourth wall trying to go off script. The video features popular tv shows like The Brady Bunch and That 70s Show. It is aesthetically pleasing to the eye keeping you drawn into the story. “Rerun” is an addicting track and you’ll want to replay it over and over again. Hmm, I thought we were supposed to break the replay cycle? Well, I guess it’s oaky to replay the same song over and over again but let’s spice up our lives a little more.
