Hi I’m Ghost has unleashed their first house EP “Hi I’m House,” featuring their hit track and first endeavor into the world of house music, “FMATF.” “FMATF” unveiled their “Hi I’m House” project to the world, and the rest is history. Featuring four tracks, “Don’t Need Me,” “FMATF” with JayRose, “Silence” and “Mind Games,” also with JayRose, the “Hi I’m House” EP launches the duo into the world of house music in glorious fashion. Full of energy, irresistible melodies, catchy beats, and compelling vocals, Hi I’m Ghost’s house alias Hi I’m House has made their presence known with the release of the “Hi I’m House” EP and shown that the alias is here to stay. Each track adds a new element to the fresh alias, and incorporates an energy that only Hi I’m Ghost can provide with Hi I’m House. All four of the tracks push the envelope of house music, and the possibilities that come from the EP are endless, with much more soon to come.

Speaking on the “Hi I’m House” EP, Hi I’m Ghost explained their vision with both the EP and their house project, saying,
“I wanted to create music that not only allows people to let loose and have fun, but also pays homage to the vibrant nightlife culture that birthed the house music scene. Tracks like ‘FMATF’ capture that essence, with their infectious bounce and feel-good vibes. It’s all about celebrating authenticity and the sheer pleasures of life.”
Coming from a background of heavy dubstep and headbang-eliciting tearout, the decision to create house music might seem to come out of left field for the artist, but with Hi I’m Ghost constantly embracing new elements and experimenting with their sound, the Hi I’m House project was all but inevitable. The spooky and whimsical elements that form the foundation for the Hi I’m Ghost project are still evident throughout each track released, yet Hi I’m House’s sound does not sound like a dubstep producer’s attempt at making house. Instead, it holds its own against the best and brightest in the scene and speaks to Hi I’m Ghost’s versatility and ingenuity in production to create house music at such a high level. The creative spirit of the artist holds no bounds, and the longing to explore new territories in music led to the creation of the Hi I’m House project. With the idea for Hi I’m House coming into being by shining like a light bulb over his head during a Hi I’m Ghost set, the addition of a new project to sonically explore has both ignited the passion behind the house alias and reinvigorated the fire behind Hi I’m Ghost as they are able to branch out creatively and abolish any limits imposed on artists who create one sole genre.
Embracing the freedom behind creating house music, Hi I’m Ghost has taken the next step in their career as they simultaneously produce both the heaviest dubstep and the catchiest and joyful house music to be found. As both aliases continue to expand, whats yet to come is both exciting and captivating, with the artist reaching across the boundary between genres and inviting fans of both house and dubstep to enjoy their sound.
