Gregorian Enchants Us With Choir Covers and a World Tour

Gregorian has solidified itself as one of the world’s most successful choirs. Fans feel blessed that this fall is full of lots coming from the choir. Gregorian has already released “The Sound of Silence (Pure Version)” and “Pie Jesu (feat. Narcis)” to build anticipation for Pure Chants I. The upcoming album is slated for release on September 29 under BMG. It will feature the choir’s signature choral work and hymns, along with some folk and pop. Can’t wait? Us either. On “The Sound of Silence (Pure Version),” Gregorian inspires awe from everyone within earshot. The choir incorporates elements of classical crossover, choral, and pop sounds. Gregorian’s angelic vocals are so strong that minimal instrumentals are needed, the epitome of grace.

As the famous lyrics ring out, Gregorian’s ethereal tone brings a breathtaking version of the classic:

It makes sense that these eight classically trained artists are renowned worldwide, having worked on soundtracks for Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Star Wars.

This fall, fans have the chance to witness Gregorian’s angelic aura live in concert. The choir will go on tour in North America from October 11 through November 13, with shows stretching cross-country. Then, Gregorian will continue its travels around the world. I am super excited about bringing Gregorian to the USA for the first time. Our ensemble, as well as our U.S. fans, have been patiently waiting for this tour and album release for more than 20 years. Our new version of ‘The Sound Of Silence’ really sets the tone for Gregorian’s Pure Chants album and tour.
