Here are our daily picks for you featuring High., Dumar 1k, Cecilia Castleman and more!

1. “Flowers” – High.

Starting our Thursday off strong is “Flowers,” a nostalgic, emotion-laden indie-pop track by High.. Luscious synth pads, electric guitar riffs and introspective vocals contribute to the song’s sentimental ambience. The official music video, a candid and carefree depiction of youth, follows a group of young adults as they embark on a trip filled with gambling, partying and running across the beach. Listen to “Flowers” today on the band’s newest 8-track album, Come Back Down.

2. “Waiting On You” – Cecilia Castleman

Nashville-based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Cecilia Castleman shares her newest coming-of-age indie release, “Waiting On You.” Full of yearning, the song speaks towards an unidentifiable “you,” with lyrics like “I’ll just keep waiting on you / I’m not giving up until you tell me to.” It can be found on Castleman’s self-titled album, Cecilia Castleman, a 13-track collection of very personal songs. “It’s scary to be that vulnerable, but it’s easier to sing how I felt rather than say it,” Castleman shares. “This record has something for everyone—the thinkers, the dancers, the dreamers, the guitar players and singers, and the lonely ones… this is for you.”

3. “L’S & P’S (feat. Real Boston Richey)” – Dumar 1k

Switching genre gears is Floridian rapper Dumar 1k‘s latest, “L’s & P’s (feat. The single finds the artist at the forefront of his music career, with his 2024 breakout track, “Penny Pincher,” at an all-time high of more than 140,000 Spotify streams. Check it out today.

4. “Model Train Town” – Petey USA

Next up is Petey USA‘s “Model Train Town,” a single that meshes together his signature angst, humor and honesty. Last up is “Can’t Tell Me Nothing,” a vivid hip-hop anthem by Chicago-based rapper STAR BANDZ.
