Here are our daily picks for you featuring HUGEL, Michael Bublé, The Bloody Beetroots and more!

1. “Casanova (From Beyond The Abyss)” – THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT

First up on today’s list is “Casanova (From Beyond the Abyss)” by emo rock band THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT. In lieu of their 10-year anniversary, the Atlanta-based band reignites fire into their 2014 fan-favorite, “Casanova (C’est La Vie).” The dynamic rendition is full of their infamous guitar riffs, powerful screams and head-banging melodies. Further, the accompanying lyricism adds onto the dark atmosphere with lead singer and frontman Lee Jennings lamenting, “There’s a special place in hell for all the broken hearts like me.” Looking ahead, THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT will continue touring across North America in support of rock band Catch Your Breath. 2. “I ADORE YOU (With J Balvin & Ellie Goulding)” – HUGEL, Topic, Arash, Daecolm

“I ADORE YOU (With J Balvin & Ellie Goulding)” is a collaborative rhythmic house sensation by artists HUGEL, Topic, Arash and Daecolm. The new single takes HUGEL’s Latin house inspiration, Topic’s instrumental dance skills, Arash’s Persian and Western music styles and Daecolm’s afrobeat reputation to weave a tapestry of each artists’ tech finesse. Further, listeners catch a glimpse of J “The Prince of Reggaetown” Balvin’s Latin roots and Goulding’s intense vocals. Since its original release in mid July, the new release has garnered over 96 million global streams. For a chance to see some of this generation’s fineset DJs and musicians, consider checking out this track today!

3. “All My Happy Friends Tell Me I’m Depressed” – Ray Hawthorne

Emo artist Ray Hawthorne has released “All My Happy Friends Tell Me I’m Depressed,” a fairly introspective piece about battling the depths of mental illness. The song employs fast-paced guitar lines with snippets of rage-infused screams that mimic the conflict one can feel during this time of frustration. “All my happy friends tell me I’m depressed / But I tell ’em I’m doing fine I just need time all to myself,” Hawthorne sings, his electric vocals cutting through the gritty atmosphere. “All My Happy Friends Tell Me I’m Depressed” can be found on Hawthorne’s latest album, Ray Hawthorne Sucks, a 15-track piece that delves into internal chaos.

4. “This Is Blood” – The Bloody Beetroots, N8NOFACE, Teddy Killerz

“This Is Blood” by The Bloody Beetroots, N8NOFACE and Teddy Killerz brings an explosion of synths and gritty textures to the electronic rock scene. Composed of electrifying rhythms, floor-shaking bass and funky tech touches from each respective artist, the new track is undeniable intense. “This Is Blood” is the first of The Bloody Beetroots’ two-part series, “The Bloody Beetroots Forever Pt. 1 & Pt 2.” Looking ahead, the Italian duo will play three shows in 2025, one in the UK, California and New York. Find tickets here today.

5. “Maybe This Christmas” – Michael Bublé, Carly Pearce

Closing out the week is “Maybe This Christmas” by GRAMMY Award-winning artists Michael Bublé and Carly Pearce. The collaborative track is sentimental through and through, with Bublé’s soaring vocals singing, “But it’s Christmastime again, / and I’m missing all my friends.” Paired with Pearce’s soul-infused voice, the song evokes a sense of yearning for the past, a type of winter nostalgia that can only be blamed on the holiday season. Instruments like bells, piano and strings accompany the two singers to further cement the song’s innate intimacy. Stay on the look out for both artists as they continue their streak of passionate ballads.

Raging bangers seem to be the name of today’s game. So if you’re looking for a new song to encapsulate some internal anger or simply get your adrenaline running, check out these tracks today!
