Bexxie, an American DJ with dual-electronic and dance finesse, has unleashed her latest new single, “Baile Vem.”

Released Oct. 11, 2024 via Club Sweat, the new track marks the start of an unstoppable era for the 42-year-old artist. The track itself features everything from acid basslines to Latin-inspired vocals, making the array of groovy synths a true force on the dance floor. This is fitting, since “Baile Vem” translates to “Come Dance” in Portuguese.

Further, Bexxie’s signature 90’s inspired tech house sounds are also highlighted, with hypnotizing vocals intertwined within each new layer. A high-pitched drone makes itself known during the track’s sparsely orchestrated parts, providing a short-lived light before delving back into the soundscape of techno. Underneath the entire piece is a heavy propulsive beat that drives the piece to completion, leaving much to be anticipated for the future.

“With ‘Baile Vem,’ I wanted to create a track that captures the energy of a dance floor, blending the groove of tech house with the raw power of an acid bassline and the vibrancy of Latin vocals,” Bexxie shares. “It’s a track that invites everyone to come together and dance, no matter where they are in the world.”

With such a strong emphasis on the power of community within the dancefloor, “Baile Vem” has garnered over 17,000 Spotify streams. This tops Bexxie’s late September release, “The Drum.” The single also follows the success of “Me & You,” a disco house collab with electronic duo The Melody Men. On Nov. 1, Bexxie has also unleashed “Sacrifice (You & I)” with the multifaceted artist Yurie.

Bexxie has been passionate about house music since the 90’s, racking up years of DJ-ing experience to elevate the intensity of her musical endeavors. Boasting a trademark sound, her style has earned her a spot in mint, Housewerk, Beast Mode, Friday Cratediggers and a cover on Spotify’s “Fresh Finds: Basement.” Further, her musical expertise has brought her to various corners of the world, landing opportunities on Diplo’s Revolution, BPM, SiriusXM and more.
