Get Ready For Outside Lands 2021 With Our Official Playlist

Outside Lands 2021 is finally upon us! Bay Area residents and folks from all over the country will be descending on Golden Gate Park in San Francisco for a weekend of music, food, and art. Headlined by Tame Impala, Lizzo, and The Strokes, Another Planet Entertainment and Superfly have put together yet another phenomenal lineup for what is, in this writer’s opinion, one of the best music festivals in the country.

Check out the set times, now live here.

The safety of the festival remains a top priority and Outside Lands producers are working closely with local and state officials to determine this year’s safety and security measures. The festival recently announced that all attendees will need to show proof of vaccination or provide a negative COVID-19 test for entry. For the latest on festival safety protocols and security measures, please visit the Health & Safety page. Additional information regarding ticketing and general festival questions can be found under FAQs on the festival website

As is always the case, the strength of the lineup has forced some tough overlaps to exist in the schedule. On Friday, Sharon Van Etten and Moses Sumney will be at the same time, as well as Glass Animals and Earthgang. On Saturday, Chicago-based psych rock band Post Animal will be at the same time as Bay Area rapper Rexx Life Raj. Finally, on Sunday, Tame Impala will be headlining the Lands End stage opposite J Balvin at the Twin Peaks stage. These are just some examples of tough decisions that must be made, but the fact that they exist prove that the lineup is strong from top to bottom.

In addition to the music, Outside Lands boasts the GastroMagic stage. This is where musicians will join chefs and other food experts on stage to create not only a unique experience, but usually some unique delicacy that is then thrown into the crowd (insert footage of Anderson. Paak and Roy Choi in 2019). Of course, there is not time to do everything, but expect to see some coverage of GastroMagic here this weekend.

Be sure to follow our exploits on the official Glasse Factory Instagram Story, and check out our official Outside Lands 2021 playlist below! Halloween weekend in the Bay is about to go off, and we’re excited to be a part of it!

Obsessed with all things music. Finished that MFA, so now I’m apparently a master of this. Bouncing around state borders, going wherever. If you see me at a show, say hey!
