FOMO and Rhiannon Roze Go Wild with New Single “Hit The Lights”

The DJ-producer duo FOMO teamed up with Rhiannon Roze to release a single, including an extended mix.

After gaining millions of plays from their previous releases on Hood Politics, the boys return for an absolute earworm featuring original vocals from Rhiannon to create a one-of-a-kind, high-energy club banger, that we haven’t been able to turn off!

– Hood Politics Records

FOMO has been an opener for big artists in the electronic dance music genre like NITTI and Myles O’Neal on tour. At the same time, the artists have been making their own name. Their song “Need Ya” with Bonnie X Clyde is close to passing 3 million streams on Spotify alone, and “Ouu La La” was played out by Oliver Heldens B2B Tchami at Ultra Miami 2023 on the main stage. “Front to Back“— a collaboration with DLMT— is creeping up on passing 500,000 plays on Spotify. FOMO’s discography cannot be left out on playlists like “Bangers” and “Nasty Bits” to prove they’ve become essential in every listener’s library. Talk about the fear of missing out.

The track starts with a familiar beat— nothing crazy or complex. Then, Rhiannon Roze’s voice comes on. Super nonchalant, laid-back and low, her lyrics get a moment as the instrumentals cut off and create a buildup. So, listeners can step, they can shuffle and they should definitely get ready to jump once the beat drops.

Say come over and I might just cut that sh*t and hit the lights

– “Hit The Lights”

The extended version is only a few seconds longer, yet manages to give a different feel to the same song. Roze comes on right away, cutting straight to the chase without any need for an introduction. More elaborate and rowdy than its original, the track gets listeners moving, dancing and jumping.

FOMO fans are asking for more performances, commenting on their love and support at any festival that happened to feature their music. But for anyone feeling FOMO or post-festival withdrawal ( Electric Daisy Carnival, for example), check out the group’s Spotify (and DJ Rhiannon Roze!) and relive it all.
