FLETCHER Announces Hometown Pride Festival “FLETCHER AND FRIENDS”
On the evening of June 4th, FLETCHER is hosting a one-of-a-kind pride celebration, FLETCHER AND FRIENDS, at the iconic Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park. An Asbury native, critically acclaimed singer-songwriter FLETCHER is thrilled for the event, its personal and historical significance. She is a seasoned advocate for queerness, such as continuing her “Meet Her At The Bar Experience.” She launched the program last year to support women-owned LGBTQ+ bars around the country. She has also helped GLAAD, Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, raise $50,000, so far, for their key initiatives, thanks to her dedicated fanbase and brand partners. FLETCHER AND FRIENDS is an all ages show, and the celebration will include special guest artists Olivia O’Brien and UPSAHL.

New Jersey native FLETCHER grew up on music and candid storytelling. Her debut EP, you ruined new york city for me, came out in 2019, featuring her breakthrough hit “Undrunk.” Her 2020 EP THE S(EX) TAPES hit number one on iTunes, with gold-certified single “Bitter.” Named “Outstanding Music Artist” at the 34th annual GLAAD Media Awards, FLETCHER’s career has skyrocketed, this year in particular. Her debut album, Girl Of My Dreams, dropped in September of last year, featuring smash hit single “Becky’s So Hot,” which landed on Billboard’s Hot Rock and Alternative Songs chart, and was performed by FLETCHER on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Rolling Stone, Vulture and more have raved about the LP, as her discography has gained a billion combined streams worldwide. Girl Of My Dreams (DELUXE) features FLETCHER’s latest single, “Better Version (feat. Kelsea Ballerini).” She has sold out headline shows in multiple continents and performed at Lollapalooza. Known for the intimacy and sparkle of her live show, FLETCHER AND FRIENDS is sure to foster love, support, and a connection over fabulous music.
