Feeling FOMO? Listen to Newest Dance Track
There are many things to like about life! One thing that you will absolutely like is the talented electronic duo FOMO’s newest single “I Like That” released this past friday via Dr. Fresch’s House Call Records.
The energetic opening sets the tone for the rest of the song. It is full of high-level drum beats, infectious vocals, and sharp synths. What does this all equal? A club anthem that will be enjoyed by many, whether it is first-timers to the genre or veteran fans of the dance music scene. The duo shared their vision for “I Like That” upon its release.
“So stoked to be back for our second release on House Call Records! “Bongo”
with No Thanks was one of our first tracks to get a ton of live support from DJs, so we tried to bring that same high-energy vibe to “I Like That”. The vision for the song was to merge the swag of a hip-hop vocal with a rump shakin’ house rhythm so everyone could feel saucy while they’re gettin’ down on the dance floor. We feel like we accomplished our goal and hope everyone likes that cus’ we do!”
FOMO was the result of two college fraternity brothers— Garrett Beaupre and Morgan Bundgus —who had a shared passion for music and came together with their infectious personalities and production style to change the game.
“We both had always been passionate about music growing up but it wasn’t until we found electronic music in college that we felt we had a way to explore actually creating music. We always looked up to anyone creating unique music.”
The duo have reached over a million streams on Spotify with the release of their track “Need Ya” with Bonnie X Clyde, with an additional #2 spot on the Billboard Dance Charts. They have also garnered support from big names in the electronic dance music scene such as Steve Aoki and Diplo. To further prove their excellency, FOMO have performed at elite electronic festivals like the Electric Daisy Carnival at Las Vegas.
