Up-and-coming Las Vegas artist Fayzone is formulating a sound all his own, mixing new age pop with classic R&B sounds in an original and unique way. Known for his smooth sultry voice and storytelling lyrics about love, heartbreak, and having a healthy and positive mindset, Fayzone just recently released his first-ever EP Oceans.
Fayzone started releasing music professionally in February 2020 with his first single, “The Reason,” followed by a few feature appearances and a second single. His second single, “A.W.A.Y (Ain’t Worried About You),” was met with acclaim by different blogs and was helmed as a potential song of the summer. While releasing single after single, Fayzone and his brother, who also serves as his writing partner and manager, have always had a story they want to portray with Oceans. The main focus was completing songs for the EP, with the hopes that listeners could immerse themselves in the experience as it is meant to be. Prior to “Beautiful,” Fayzone released “Feel My Pain,” his biggest endeavor to date as he simultaneously released his first music video for that single.
“Beautiful” is about the desire for a powerful connection with one’s partner – a beautiful love that is explored in the song’s run time. Fayzone further shares,
Beautiful is about wanting the rawest form of love and craving all that comes with it. The type of love that can’t be compared nor described only felt.
There’s an unmistakable R&B sultriness in the instrumental production as slow and steady beats cascade behind Fayzone’s equally sultry vocals. The impassioned tones are matched by the emotively beautiful lyrics. Fayzone treats listeners to a striking vocal performance, filled with dulcet runs and satisfying peaks. The constant R&B production anchors are complemented by orchestral compositions and a muted electric guitar solo, crafting an overall soundscape that is full of sensory prowess.
