The best part of it is this too is a portrait of Ute Lemper’s magical and colorful career as she continues to transcend generations with her wonderful music.

As the lyrics put it “I’m A Time Traveler Looking For You. From The Future Here To Save You.”. Heroine here to save the day, we are then urged to cease running away. Instead allow time to heal our broken bodies and spirits as it makes us new again. “If You Look For The Rainbow, You Have To Walk Through The Rain.”. Sure all of these exist in the realm of fantasy, but it’s sentiments are all true like me and you. Perhaps it’s about time we heed the time traveler’s plea – before it’s too late.
