If you love music festivals and metal, this is the best news you’ll receive all week. Welcome to Rockville and Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival is back for 2025! This year was a record-breaking year for both festivals with a combined attendance of 330,000 fans. Danny Wimmer Presents (DWP) has confirmed 2025 dates for both festivals and disclosed ticket information.
Sonic Temple will take place May 8-11th at Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus Ohio. Passes for this festival will start sometime in the summer. However, fans can sign up to gain first access to all the details and passes on the website.
This past May over 130,00 fans swarmed Columbus to see 130 bands playing across 4 stages on a massive festival site. This year’s lineup was incredible with greats like Slipknot, Sleep Token, and Evanescence.

If you’re feeling adventurous, make a week of nonstop festival fun.
Now, hear us out. Welcome to Rockville is slated to take place on May 15-18th in Daytona Beach, Florida. This year was the biggest turnout Rockville has ever had with over 200,000 people and 150 bands on 5 different stages. It is North America’s largest rock festival for a reason.

DWP promises that 2025 will be even bigger and better than this year. This year held a pretty impressive lineup and will be hard to beat. Some of the fan favorites this year were from the likes of Foo Fighters, Limp Bizkit, Bad Omens, and Wage War. With a lineup like that, we are excited to see who will make up next year’s docket.
Early bird passes for Welcome to Rockville have already dropped, and are currently on sale now. Don’t miss out! But don’t worry, because single Day GA, VIP, and Camping passes will go on sale later this year when the lineup is released.
Which festival are you planning on going to? Or maybe both? See you there!
