Day ‘N’ Nite: A New Take On A Familiar Tune by Martin Jensen

Read Time:52 Second

Wrapping up his first tour in the United States, Danish producer + DJ, Martin Jensen, has released a new take on a classic tune we all know and love. Day ‘N’ Nite was originally done by Kid Cudi in 2009, and once it dropped, that song was playing everywhere across any audience, no matter the age range (as I vividly remember listening to this song in middle school with my peers).

Martin Jensen has recruited Stefy De Cicco & Ben Hamiliton to recreate Kid Cudi’s original into something brand new. Jensen’s take on the song varies from the original in a fun way. Cudi’s Day ‘N’ Nite is melancholic, slow moving, and spacey – making you feel as if you’re alone in a space ship.

Jensen’s track pays tribute to the original elements of the song, but brings something new to the table. Instead of feeling alone in space like Cudi’s version, Jensen’s makes you feel as if you’re partying through space – welcoming everyone to join the journey.
