Earlier today, the Borda Productions team made the announcement that their signature EDM festival, Dancefestopia, would be postponed until 2021 amid growing concerns around COVID-19. While they originally tried their best to hold out hope, they faced the reality that the festival could not be held amongst all the uncertainty.

As such, they announced the new festival dates for September 9-12, 2021. They managed to confirm many artists who were scheduled for this year, including G Jones who had originally pulled out of the festival due to COVID-19 concerns. Saturday will still feature a Deadbeats takeover, with Zeds Dead headling, and REZZ is still headlining on Sunday. The big announcement will be replacing GRiZ as Friday’s headliner.

DFT 2021

All Dancefestopia 2020 tickets will be honored for 2021 and attendees who choose to roll-over their tickets will be eligible for the DFT Loyalty Program and receive rewards and benefits. The team is also offering refunds starting this Thursday, July 23, through August 13 for those who are unable to make next year’s event.

This is a must-attend festival for any EDM lover. It is conveniently located about an hour south of Kansas City and the team works diligently all year long to ensure a spectacular experience for attendees. The must runs from 12:00PM to 5:30AM every single day and there are hardly ever any conflicts. It’s still a smaller festival, but there is a lot of love that is put into creating a magical experience, so you get all the fun without the crowd.

Tickets also go on sale this Thursday, July 23, at 10AM CST.
