Chloe Bailey Shares Beautiful and Powerful Vocals During National Anthem

Multi-talented star Chloe Bailey performed a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem during Game 3 of the 2022 World Series between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Houston Astros. Performing ‘The Star Spangled Banner,’ Bailey looked stunning in an all-white dress as she sang a capella to the crowd that filled Philadelphia’s Citizen Bank Park.

The singer made the appearance after dropping a new single, ‘For the Night,’ featuring fellow Atlanta native Latto. The single is set to appear next to Bailey’s other hit singles, including ‘Have Mercy,’ ‘Suprise,’ and ‘Treat Me,’ on Bailey’s self-titled debut album.

Bailey, 24, shared a tweet with her 1.8 million Twitter followers expressing her gratitude for being able to perform in the city of brotherly love and a video recording of her stellar performance.

As the ‘Have Mercy’ singer reached the song’s crescendo, fireworks exploded over the baseball field and lit up the stadium as the crowds burst into applause. The day was emotional for Bailey as she shared out another tweet almost ten hours prior honoring the life of rapper Takeoff, who was fatally shot in Houston after an interaction where a “stray bullet” claimed his life.

Bailey’s angelic vocals seemed to bless the Philadelphia Phillies as they went on to win Game 3 in a clean 0-7 sweep against the Astros.
