After many months of waiting, popular K-pop group BTS has reunited and kicked off their return with a Weverse livestream. On July 1st, BTS reunited on camera after all 7 members successfully completed their mandatory military service.
BTS made their debut in the music industry in June 2013 and have captured the attention of many. The members of BTS are RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook. The group has broken multiple barriers and set numerous records, establishing themselves as 21st-century pop icons.
BTS, which stands for beyond the scene or is widely known by their fans (Army) as Bangtan Sonyeondan, has become a hot online topic. During their first livestream back after 2 years, the band announced plans for new music, set to be released around spring 2026. Traveling to LA this month to start on working and recording music with contributions from all 7 members.
We’ll be releasing a new BTS album in the spring of next year. Starting in July, all seven of us will begin working closely together on new music. Since it will be a group album, it will reflect each member’s thoughts and ideas. We’re approaching the album with the same mindset we had when we first started.

The announcement of a new album was followed by the exciting news of a world tour, which fans have been eagerly waiting for. The last time fans were able to see the band perform together was during ‘BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE’ in 2022. They gained over 4 million interactions, ranging from attendees, streaming, and viewing.
We’re also planning a world tour alongside the new album. We’ll be visiting fans all around the world, so we hope you’re as excited as we are.
