PAV Entertainment Group Inc., the global operations arm of PAV M&E, LLC, doing business as Studio PAV, announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire JIN Entertainment, a top European K-pop concert promoter and leader in K-pop club night events. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for both companies, combining JIN Entertainment’s regional expertise with Studio PAV’s extensive resources and experience to further expand the K-pop event market in Europe.

Studio PAV, the world’s leading K-pop promotion and events company, has successfully completed over 80 K-pop shows across the American continents in 2023. With plans to exceed 170 shows across North, Central, and South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania in 2024, the company’s global footprint continues to grow. The acquisition of JIN Entertainment is a strategic move to bolster Studio PAV’s presence in Europe, tapping into the rapidly growing demand for K-pop events in the region.
JIN Entertainment, based in Munich, has been instrumental in organizing various K-pop concerts in Europe, featuring popular acts such as IKON, P1Harmony and Tri.Be. The company has also pioneered the K-pop club night industry in Europe, creating vibrant and engaging events that resonate with K-pop fans. Sang Lee, founder and owner of JIN Entertainment, will oversee Studio PAV’s European operations under the newly established Studio PAV Europe GmbH, leveraging both the Studio PAV and JIN Entertainment brands.
“We noticed significant demand for K-pop concerts and live events across Europe, especially in certain underserved European cities, such as Warsaw and Helsinki,” said Sean Kim, CEO of PAV Entertainment Group. “Our combination with JIN Entertainment team will help us create more ‘intimate connection’ between K-pop artists and our European fans utilizing our unique concert format. Recently, JIN Entertainment and Studio PAV co-promoted several successful shows, bringing acts such as OnlyOneOf, Billlie and B.D.U. to European audiences. The collaboration has showcased the potential for even greater synergy between the two companies, promising a robust lineup of future events.
