Ten years after the original release, Lily & Madeleine have reimagined their song “Come To Me.” Fans loved the folk-pop sister duo’s track the first time around, but it’s now even better, showcasing their growth and reflecting on their journey.

The original version of “Come to Me” presents a promise: If everything falls apart, will you come to me? This new reimagined version revisits that promise after all this time, saying: I’ve been with you through it all and I’ll be with you forever.

~ Madeleine Jurkiewicz

Lily and Madeleine Jurkiewicz grew up surrounded by music, from experiencing their family’s musicality to eventually entering the industry when they were ages 15 and 17. Now 26 and 28, the sisters are all grown up, and their music has matured with them.

Produced by their close friend and creative partner Shannon Hayden, the 2023 edition of “Come To Me” incorporates elements such as acoustic and electric guitar, along with mandolin, distorted cello, and synths to establish a moodier version. The updated lyrics and darker sound are edgy, deeper, and more developed than before. With angelic voices and an ethereal aura, the sisters’ alternating vocals are hauntingly beautiful.

In the garden, on the highway
We don’t ever stay in one place
Laughing at the voices saying
Good luck finding your way back in
Walking into h*ll together
You’re coming with me forever and ever

~ “Come To Me”

Over the past decade, the two have earned more than 100 million lifetime streams across four full-length albums and many more singles. Successes like these have earned them features on TV shows like Pretty Little Liars and Parenthood, along with the official soundtrack of the film Promising Young Woman.

The sisters said they are ready to reintroduce themselves to their existing fanbase and continue evolving alongside their music. Now, they’re working with Hayden to craft their upcoming album, Nite Swim. Across ten tracks, Lily & Madeleine will explore their life experiences in an intimately vulnerable project.

Lily & Madeleine taking the stage this summer, having just performed in Columbus, Ohio, and gearing up for School Night in Nashville, Tennessee on July 18. Tickets are available on the sisters’ website. More is on the way, so stay tuned for more tour dates and new music coming soon. Connect with them on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
