“Life is Good” according to Hip-Hop/Rap artist Drake and Future from their new song that was released January 10th of 2020. These two have always made songs together that your friends and yourself can get down to. The two appreciate each other and seem to be very close and constantly working on projects together. Drake recently did an interview with Rap Radar and revealed that him and Future are “always working.
The two are a perfect duo in the music industry and always continue to be creative. Their newest single together, “Life is Good” has people hoping more from Drake and Future as a collaborative artists. The music video shows pretty average day to day jobs people do everyday, but these artist put their own spin on it.
The song has a good beat that makes you want to dance like these two are in this video. The video is jobs that people do everyday and some people work every weekend. Lyrically the song states (“Working on the weekend like usual.”) In this music video the two brought out guest appearances by Big Bank Black, Lil Yachty, 21 Savage, and Mike Will Made It. Director Julien Christian Lutz also known as, Director X seemed to be having a blast as well working with these two. What does this song mean for these two artist?
The two artist did a collaborative album together back in 2015 called, “What a Time To Be Alive.” There has been a lot of speculation and talks about “What a Time to Be Alive 2” and this could be a very high possibility. Back in April of 2019 a video of the two went viral talking about the project and how it was already “cooked up.” Could the special appearances in “Life is Good” music video possibly be featured in the new collaborative album? The Atlanta producer Metro Boomin was involved a lot on Drake and Future’s first album together, so this could possibly mean he’ll be behind some of the new project as well. These two seem to have good respect and friendship as artist in the industry today.

This isn’t the last we will be hearing from this perfect duo, because their new single “Life is Good” quickly has hit the Billboard Hot 100 Chart and is trending #1 song in the UK. All the rumors and the love these two have for one another we definitely expect a fire collaboration soon.
