Right Now” – Cam Be x Neak x Sam Trump

defeated Vol. 5 Champion TJA in the Elite Eight

defeated Vol. 1 Champion Sam The Astronaut in the Final Four

“Right Now” is the sixth track from Chicago-based artist Cam Be‘s 2020 album “Summer in September” and won Glassetonbury, Vol. 4. Bolstered by a bouncing bass line and garnished with a lavish arrangement of horns — which particularly spotlight Sam Trump‘s chops on trumpet — the song carries the heart of a 70’s soul song, offered through the musical lens of a jazzier Mac Miller track. Neak also comes to the table with a nice verse that acts as a perfect musical counterweight to Cam Be’s more mellow vocals.

Waves and Walls” — Huxley Sun

defeated Vol. 3 Champion Brian Elliot in the Elite Eight

defeated Vol. 7 Champion Distressed Damsels in the Final Four

Warsaw, Poland-based indie-folk project Huxley Sun — the brainchild of Argentinian multi-instrumentalist Federico Carpi — delivers lush arrangements with strings and pianos that fuse together to capture the kind of beauty one might expect from singer-songwriters like Novo Amor. His nuanced indie-folk song “Waves and Walls” won Volume 6 of Glassetonbury, and it features immersive, intimate movement in the background. There’s a swelling tension that may draw comparisons to Bon Iver.
