24kGoldn Taps Travis Barker For New Track “In My Head,” Announces North American Tour
On March 25th, San Francisco-bred multi-platinum recording artist 24kGoldn released his new song, “In My Head,” featuring Travis Barker! The song is full of infectious hooks, pop-rap production, and solid lyrics detailing the loss of a relationship and how an ex gets completely stuck in 24k’s head. The hook is sure to get stuck in your head, too, so the title absolutely has that double meaning going for it.
In addition to working with Travis Barker, the music video for “In My Head” (which you can check out above) showcases 24kGoldn’s entrance into the metaverse with his Genies avatar controlling his brain within the video. The avatar provides a cool nod to the technological age 24kGoldn has come up in, and it acts as an Inside Out-esque depiction of the lyrics. In other words, the music video asks the question: what if 24kGoldn had feelings? (This joke might not land with those who haven’t seen the Disney/Pixar chart meme. If this applies to you, please disregard. Obviously 24kGoldn has feelings or he wouldn’t be writing songs.)
Finally, at the same time as he released “In My Head,” 24kGoldn announced that he would be embarking on a 14-date headlining tour of North America, starting in Denver, Colorado, and ending in Nashville, Tennessee. The tour will be supported by openers Lil Bean and Bailey Bryan. Check out the full itinerary below, and be sure to get your tickets here.

24kGoldn exploded into the public consciousness with 2020’s “Mood,” and “In My Head” follows that same style to create what is sure to be one of the catchiest songs of the summer. Be sure to check it out below! Let us know what you think!
