Tomorrowland, one of the world’s most iconic electronic dance music festivals, is set to bring its CORE stage to Los Angeles in May, 2026.

An Immersive EDM Celebration

Tomorrowland began in 2005 as a project shared by Belgian brothers Manu and Michiel Beers. Their vision was to create an immersive, fantastical experience that united fans of electronic music from around the world. First hosted in the De Schorre provincial park in Boom, Antwerp, the festival’s debut marked the start of what would become a cultural phenomenon.

The festival quickly gained traction and led to numerous spin-offs over the years. TomorrowWorld brought the festival to the U.S. from 2013 to 2015, in Atlanta, while Tomorrowland Brasil launched in 2015, offering South American fans a taste of the magic. In 2019, Tomorrowland Winter debuted in Alpe d’Huez, France, transforming a snowy French mountain resort into an electronic wonderland.

More On The CORE Stage

Among Tomorrowland’s most visionary innovations is the CORE stage, which first appeared at the main festival in 2017. The CORE stage is an immersive structure unlike the towering main stage. It offers a more intimate yet equally transcendent Tomorrowland experience. CORE quickly became a standout feature. In 2023, it evolved into its own traveling festival concept with CORE Tulum in Mexico. By 2024, it had expanded to CORE Medellín in Colombia and made additional appearances in Brazil. These standalone CORE events are curated, immersive experiences, set in open-air, jungle-like environments that heighten the connection between the sound and the setting.

Now, Tomorrowland’s global ambitions are once again on the move. At this year’s festival in Belgium, fans spotted a teaser by the CORE stage indicating future event locations. In 2026, CORE will make its long-awaited return to the United States with a stop in Los Angeles in May.
