Horror goth-pop band THE HAXANS Ash Costello and Matt Montgomery have announced they will be celebrating this year’s Halloween season, rocking out ghoulishly at the most spooktacular musical residency in Southern California Knott’s Scary Farm.
Gothic duet band THE HAXANS formed in 2016, named after a silent film from the twenties about a 15th-century German guide to hunting witches. Their musical Chemistry is of modern Frankenstein, creating spellbinding gothic pop dance tracks. The band’s last album, ‘Party Monsters,’ is a Halloween collection of horror-pop tunes released in 2017. On vocals is Ash Costello, a wickedly stylish fashion icon and the lead vocalist of Warped Tour screamo stars New Years Day. Matthew Montgomery, singer and guitarist, a.k.a. Piggy D bassist for Heavy metal Horror Rob Zombie, guitarist with horror punks Wednesday 13. THE HAXANS are brewing of witch’s book recipe, a hint of a nightmarish dream, dark romance, all-American gothic vintage glamour, eerie record player, black and white horror flick boiled into a cauldron.
THE HAXANS are thrilled to be part of the largest Halloween event at the legendary amusement park, Knott’s Scary Farm. A fully transformed theme park features uniquely haunted mazes and attractions, sinister shows, and more than 1,000 horrifying creatures lurking in the fog and hiding in every corner of the park. Get ready for a nightmarish evening with THE HAXANS residency will continue on select evenings throughout October 31st and will feature as part of the Carnival De Grotesque on The Calico Mine stage.
