Outside Lands returns to the Bay Area from August 8th to 10th, bringing 2025’s hottest artists for its 17th year! Judging from the lineup, their venue at San Francisco’s Golden State Park is going to have a hard time containing the raving energy from fans. From multiple GRAMMY award winning artists to artists who’ve gone Platinum, organizers made sure to bring just who crowds want.

Starting with a banger list of headliners, they have no other than GRAMMY award winner Tyler, The Creator. The legendary rapper late year released yet another hit album, Chromakopia. Following the release in October of 2024 just 49 days later, it reached 1 billion streams on Spotify and became the fastest rap album to hit that number. To say there is just excitement for his appearance would be an understatement.

However, his presence in no way takes the spotlight from any of these other artists. Doja Cat, another GRAMMY award winner, also plans to come out. With only a few stage performances announced so far for 2025, it may be good to secure a chance to see her. With her unique songs and fluid dancing, she is sure to bring an energetic performance.

Another must see is Doechii. Undoubtedly, the creator of the GRAMMY winning album “Alligator Bites Never Heal” had to make an appearance here. In addition, as of the week of March 29th, her newest single “Anxiety” is number 3 on Billboards Global 200. With her combined style of old-school rap and hip hop, she is among the artists bringing a new era of rap to the genre.

Other equally exciting talent making an appearance is Hozier, John Summit, Glass Animals, Ludacris, and Vampire Weekend. For the full list of amazing musicians, check out the lineup here!

For festival goers who love dancing to the synths and waves of house and techno music, SOMA is making a return. Organizers will equip the SOMA stage with all-new lights, interactive visuals, and state of the art surround sound systems. This party will feature artists and DJ’s like BLOND:ISH, who we have done an article on, Dombresky, and Black Coffee. People ready to dance under the sun and stars should not miss the chance to check it out.

Another program making a return is the fan favorite Dolores stage! This dance area celebrates the LGBTQ+ community and prides itself on inclusivity. The stage pays respect to the history of queer culture within San Francisco and the country at large. There’s no lineup announcement yet. However, the guests will feature local nightlife icons, dancers, and drag performers! Dolores is open to all who are open to having a good time, so be sure to stop by.

The festival is in the works to have an amazing, unforgettable set up for the year. Be one of the people to experience it. Tickets are available here! Stay tuned for more updates on Outside Lands!
