Check out these new tracks from Finn Wolfhard, FINNEAS, Bon Iver, and more… from New Music Friday!

1. Finn Wolfhard- “Trailers after dark”

Multifaceted artist Finn Wolfhard is no stranger to experimenting with his musical style. His latest single, “Trailers After Dark,” is part of his upcoming solo album Happy Birthday, set to drop on June 6. The track exudes a late-night, nostalgic vibe, blending moody melodies with a cinematic feel that showcases Finn’s musical evolution. It offers listeners a glimpse into his artistic growth and sets the tone for the highly anticipated forthcoming album.

2. Betty Who- “RUN!”

“RUN!” marks a triumphant return for Betty Who, as her first original single since 2022. Fueled by ‘80s-inspired beats, vibrant keys, and electrifying drums, the track is hypnotizing and groovy. Betty’s commanding vocals drive home the message of resilience, especially in the catchy chorus: “I ain’t giving up, so don’t you give up on me.” “RUN!” is a bold, dance-ready celebration that solidifies Betty’s place as a powerhouse of pop anthems.

3. Esha Tewari- “waltz”

19 year old Australian Indie-folk singer songwriter Esha Tewari brings forth “watlz”, a dreamy, introspective track that captures the quiet ache of love, loss, and longing. Carried by soft acoustic guitar and Esha’s intimate vocals, the song feels like a late-night confession—tender, raw, and deeply personal. Her lyricism beautifully delivers the feeling of slow dancing and waltzing with a memory you can’t quite let go of.

4. FINNEAS, Kacey Musgraves-  “Giver / Taker (Apple Music Sessions)”

Powerhouses of pop, FINNEAS and Kacey Musgraves have joined forces for a heartfelt acoustic rendition of “Giver / Taker” as part of the Apple Music Nashville Sessions. Originally featured on Musgraves’ Grammy-nominated album Deeper Well, this stripped-down duet highlights the emotional depth of the song, with Musgraves leading the first verse and FINNEAS taking the second, culminating in their harmonious collaboration on the chorus. This collaboration showcases the seamless blend of FINNEAS’s hypnotizing alternative sensibilities with Musgraves’ dreamy country-pop style, resulting in a beautiful track that underscores the strength of their songwriting and vocal interplay.

5. Bon Iver- “From”

Bon Iver’s new release, “From,” is featured on their latest album SABLE, fABLE. This track features rising star Mk.gee and multi-instrumentalist Jacob Collier. ”From,” exemplifies the album’s thematic journey from introspection to emotional rebirth. Mk.gee’s involvement brings a fresh perspective, while Collier’s contribution enriches the song’s musicality. “From” encapsulates Bon Iver’s evolution, showcasing his signature blend of soulful melodies with introspective lyrics, adding more to his impressive discography.
