A member of popular boy group TOMORROW x TOGETHER, YEONJUN released his first solo album earlier this month. NO LABELS: PART 01 dropped on November 7th, giving fans a total of six new songs.
In September of 2024, YEONJUN released his first solo single “GGUM”, a high energy track that explored a new music style. The single captivated audiences around the world with his powerful stage presence and unwavering pursuit of authenticity.

The singer isn’t afraid of exploring himself and indulging in new genres of music. In NO LABELS: PART 01 his songs are partake in a rock-driven energy, showcasing his undeniable talent.
While TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s works highlighted visual storytelling, YEONJUN’s first solo album takes a stripped-down approach, revealing his raw presence and authenticity.

Talk To You
Is the first song in the album and gives listeners a high energy song to introduce them to the album. Talk To You is a complete 180 from what GGUM was giving fans a fresh new song by YEONJUN. The instrumental of the song indulges in notes that are more rock styled led with guitar strums.
Forever
While Talk To You was at a faster tempo, Forever slows down a bit more still attaining an energetic style. Varying from a fast and slow tempo, YEONJUN is able to show off a range of vocals. This song felt more relaxed and vibe infused, captivating the lyrics of the song perfectly.
Let Me Tell You (feat. Daniela of KATSEYE)
Sitting at the third song of the album, Let Me Tell You was teased to fans of both groups before the release of NO LABELS: PART 01. Creating more anticipation for the album and collaboration between the two singers and let me tell you it didn’t disappoint. The chill instrumental allows for both singers’ vocals to intertwine perfectly. With the song combines a total of three languages, English, Korean and Spanish, creating a rather captivating song.
Do it
In YEONJUN’s song ‘Do It”, the instrumental and lyrics are strongly led by the beats of the drums. Sticking to the more rock infused music expected from the albums teasers. The song really emphasizes YEONJUN’s persona for the album emphasizing his raw presence and no fear to try something new.
Nothin’ Bout Me
This song flows perfectly after playing Do It, with another faster tempo instrumental full of passionate lyrics. All that continue to demonstrating his broadening of artistic horizons and solidifying his identity as a versatile performer. Nothin’ Bout Me states to listeners that no one but YEONJUN himself can identify who he is. Telling listeners that if his parents don’t judge him why should others feel as if they have the capability to judge him as an artist.
Coma
Last but not least, Coma is the ultimate ending for the album with a unique strum of lyrics and composition of instrumentals. While all songs were full of energy, this song goes off the chart with listeners listening to the lyrics full of YEONJUNs passion.
The mixture of tempos and instrumentals leads the albums to flow perfectly together, leading one song to the next. NO LABELS: PART 1 indicates that this is just the start to YEONJUNs music and that surely we can expect more in the future.
