Baggenstoss Farms, located on Monteagle Mountain in Tracy City, TN, is the host of the first annual three-day Bigfoot Electro Music Festival on Memorial Day 2020.

The first ‘underground’ music festival of its kind in the area, includes some of the top EDM artists in the country such as YHETI and The Widdler. What to expect: an impressive lineup of live-instrument performers, hip-hop artists and DJs from afternoon until evening. While the 3-Day GA sold out at $250, 2-Day tickets are still available for $150 and can be purchased at bigfootelectro.com.

The first day of the festival was off to a good, fun start. With plenty of room to party and enjoy the music, there are various vendors to browse and shop that decorate the sidelines of the main stage area which primarily feature artwork and other creative small businesses. In front of the stage, visual artists performed such as fire dancers, hula-hoopers, and more.

Our most highly anticipated show of the night was from LEET. He put on a heavy performance, that showcased his ability to ride low bass consistently while cutting up other interesting samples. The crowd matched the vibe of his performance, and gave him a well-deserved round of applause at the conclusion of his set.

Our second favorite set was Wax Future. Wax Future certainly had the crowd engaged, as they began to mosh, mingle, and dance throughout the field. Shortly after I found myself thinking, “these guys remind me of GRiZ,” I heard others whisper similar things such as, “they are like if you switched GRiZ’s instrument with a guitar!” Given the size of GRiZ’s massive, loyal community of fans, I’d certainly say their performance was a hit with the crowd.
