Here are our daily picks for you featuring FINNEAS, Meet Me @ The Altar and BEAM!

1. “CINNAMON TWISTS” – Braden Bales

“CINNAMON TWISTS” by Ontario-born pop artist Braden Bales sheds light on all of life’s uncertainties and frustrations. The title of the single itself reflects the metaphorical “twists and turns” that encompass adult experiences. Sometimes, there really are moments where it feels like absolutely nothing is going your way. But, through thunderous drums and powerful vocals, Bales continues to leave an indelible mark on the pop music scene. “My brother asked how I’m living / I said ‘Taking it day by day,'” the 22-year-old sings. “CINNAMON TWISTS” is out now via Capitol Records and marks Bales’ second single since the mid-May release, “EVERYTHING IS QUIET.” He is also confirmed as the opening act for Games We Play on their North American Fall Tour, “She’s The Girl Tour.”

2. “KING TUT” – BEAM

Up next we have “KING TUT” by R&B and hip-hop artist BEAM. The Grammy Award-winning artist weaves layers of echo-y synths with concise vocals and subtle bass. With boisterous energy and accented lyricism, the new anthem drives pulsating rhythms into listeners’ ears. “On mummy, it’s up,” BEAM chants. Looking ahead, BEAM plans on releasing Hollowman very soon. It is speculated to have themes of 2000 horror thrillers and stories of alienation, redemption and perseverance.

3. “Cleats” – FINNEAS

FINNEAS strikes again with the release of “Cleats,” an upbeat, indie-pop sensation that reflects the thoughts of an unresolved summertime crush. With short infectious guitar riffs and airy vocals, the track bleeds sentiments of yearning for the past and for the attention of this unrequited lover. “Cleats” can be found on FINNEAS’ latest sophomore album, For Cryin’ Out Loud!, which was released Oct. 4 and has since then garnered millions of Spotify streams. With multiple GRAMMYs and Academy Awards under his belt, FINNEAS continues to set the alternative pop bar high with his innate creativity and multifaceted musicality.

4. “Try (Live At The Forum)” – Meet Me @ The Altar

Filled with that authentic passion that only live performances can embody, “Try (Live At The Forum)” by Meet Me @ The Altar harnesses the crowd’s infectious energy and shares it with the world. Interactive “la la la’s” from the crowd intertwine with enthusiastic cheers and applause to create a truly immersive experience. With smashing drums and spunky vocals taking the lead, the pop-punk band’s high-natured spirit is undeniable.

“Try (Live At The Forum)” is part of Meet Me @ The Altar’s live album, Live At The Forum. They are currently getting ready to travel to 21 different cities on their North American tour supporting State Champs, starting Nov. 8 in Austin, TX. More info can be found here.

5. “COPY ME” – Shinichi Osawa, Nao Kawamura, Anne Futagami

Closing out today’s selection is “COPY ME” a track filled with contagious beats and driving hi-hat rhythms, out today via Dirtybird Records. A work of collaboration by Shinichi Osawa, Nao Kawamura and Anne Futagami, the single takes all three artists’ electrifying techno finesse to new heights with deep-ranged Japanese vocal cuts and syncopated synths. It comes after Osawa’s FCKNJP EP, which was released in Dec. 2023 and has reached thousands of Spotify streams. Looking ahead, “COPY ME” will be released as a special edition vinyl featuring FCKNJP‘s two tracks and a VIP remix of FCKNJP.
