Smalley’s close friends and family have set up a GoFundMe campaign to garner financial support, aiming to ease the significant medical expenses accrued during Smalley’s ongoing battle.

Hi all, Dave’s kids here. We just wanted to say thank you in advance for your support for our dad. He’s had a hell of a year with these health complications, but we’re confident that he’s on the road to recovery. Even while in the hospital he was showing us studio recordings of some new music!!! All the love you’ve been sending is appreciated. Cheers.

Presently navigating the early stages of recovery from severe health issues, Smalley finds himself in need of collective assistance. In 2023, he confronted cancer head-on, enduring several rounds of chemotherapy in the first half of the year. A subsequent surgery aimed to eliminate the remaining cancer, but the the aftermath of surgery and treatment posed its own set of challenges, leading to Smalley’s hospitalization on two separate occasions over several months.

Smalley has been holding his ground in this fight despite the daunting circumstances. Now back home, he’s confronting the need for extensive physical therapy to aid in his recovery. Unfortunately, the inability to work during this tumultuous period has left him grappling with towering medical bills.

While he slowly but surely returns to a sense of normalcy, fans have the opportunity to contribute to his ongoing recovery process. Every contribution to the GoFundMe campaign will directly support covering the costs of crucial care and medical attention required to help Dave Smalley get back on his feet.
