This week, Ronski Speed released his new collaboration with DJ T.H., “THE ABYSS.” The track was released as part of Sun Decade, the partnership between the two German producers. The new single was released under Dreamstate Records, a subsidiary of Insomniac.

Ronski Speed is a German DJ and producer who’s been making music since 1997. The EDM veteran focuses his music on the trance genre of electronic dance music, popular in the late 1990s throughout Europe. Ronski is signed to Euphonic Records, a trance label based in Germany that has represented other big-name DJs like Armin Van Buuren and Above and Beyond. Ronski was featured as one of DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs from 2006 to 2009.

DJ T.H. also focuses on the trance genre of EDM and embraces the broader techno genre in his music to create that classic European EDM sound. He recently hit over 1 million streams on his collaborative single with Airwalk3r, “Someday,” released in July of 2022.

The Düsseldorf-based producer joined Ronski Speed to create Sun Decade, a new collaborative stage name for the pair. Sun Decade started out as a solo project for Ronski Speed, releasing music under the name since 2010, until DJ T.H. later joined in 2019. The pair has released 5 songs together since 2019, amassing thousands of monthly listeners for the duo on Spotify.

The new song follows “Find Ourselves” with Arielle Maren and “Too Far Tonight” featuring Clara Yates. “THE ABYSS” fits perfectly into the trance genre and is highly reminiscent of early 2000s electronic dance music. The pair created a track that’s ready for club and festival play, perfect for the raves and festivals Insomniac will be putting on throughout the summer.
