Hailing from Sweden hard rock group BLOODTRUST released their new single “Strain,” which will be featured on their second album releasing this fall (via People Of Punkrock Records). Get ready for blood pumping adrenaline rushing sounds that take over once you hit play. “Strain” is truly hardcore straight through your bones. It screams energy with its guitar riffs, banging drums and elevated vocals.
“Strain” compared to their other songs has more metal, more riffs, more everything! The lyrics are so poetic and well written casting that feeling of connection. When you read the lyrics it takes you back to English class where you sit and analyze and pick apart all the hidden meanings/what the author is portraying. The song is perfectly crafted and really makes an impact. It is loud, in your face, memorable like nothing you’ve ever heard before.

BLOODTRUST started out in 2020, during the worst pandemic in decades, and the process was fast and furious. The band formed through dedication, commitment and attitude. During the 90s, the members of the band grew up listening to punk rock, metal and hardcore music, not aware that BTHC was what it all was destined for. In their first two months, they wrote and recorded eleven songs, i.e. the album that is to be known as “In Blood We Trust“.
