Comprised of Marc Sibley and Nathan Cunningham, Space Primates are a multi-platinum DJ/songwriting/production duo. They have made records with artists like David Guetta, DJ Snake, Maluma, Flo Rida, Katy Perry, and many more. Their music has been featured in movies such as Baywatch, The Secret Life of Pets 2, What Now, and Rumble. They have a long history of working together with GASHI, an Albanian native who was introduced to music at a very young age when his family moved to Brooklyn, NY. Space Primates first connected with GASHI in 2016 when he was homeless, and their first ever session resulted in their viral hit collab, “Direspectful by GASHI.” Since then, they have been frequent collaborators, even collaborating on “Say It” with DVBBS earlier this year.
“Find You” blends Space Primates’ dance pop and house sensitivies with GASHI’s unmistakeable voice and effortless melodies. It pays homage to Space Primates’ British roots, reminiscent of UK 90’s house music, while still sounding new and exciting with a more modern approach. Independently released through Space Primates’ own label, Sour Rabbit, the track features dancelines that make it hard for you to not be drawn into the fun and upbeat soundscape. Distant sax notes become a remarkable sax drop, giving the song a throwback appeal between all of the house beats and rhythmic vocals.
